Hovi Assisted provides care to clients in a well-designed elderly friendly building to allow the clients to literally own their life and live freely and independently. This is a purpose-built facility so that the seniors can call it home. The building façade does not resemble a hospital nor a dormitory.
Inside the building, there are various sizes of rooms with different number of beds in each room to cater for different level of needs and affordability. At the heart of the premise lies the day care centre where all day activities are held. Seniors gather to dine and socialise in the hall. They can come together for a karaoke session to sing an oldie or simply listen and enjoy one another’s company. Tuck at the corner is a display of gym equipment to cater for different muscle toning exercises.
Safe environment
The surrounding compound plays a key role in the rehabilitation process. There is enough greenery and wide walk paths to allow the seniors to stroll casually as a form of exercise. A water feature adds to the ambience and creates the water rippling sound which brings you close to nature.
The administration and allied health support are crucial as well. The administration office ensures the building and essential services are well managed and maintained. The clinical team in the medical centre continually attend to the seniors’ medical needs.
