Driven by a lifelong passion for improving the lives of older adults, she is a medical doctor, dementia care trainer, researcher, and educator with deep roots in Asian and European healthcare. Her journey across continents has shaped her unique approach: blending the best of global dementia care practices with the beauty and richness of local cultures.
As Medical Director at Hovi Care, she ensures that clinical services are evidence-based and deeply person-centred, guiding staff to see beyond the disease and truly understand the individual behind it. Her mission is to foster care environments where knowledge, empathy, and cultural sensitivity come together to deliver meaningful support.
Beyond her work at Hovi Care, she is actively involved in professional networks, senior living associations, and community initiatives. Her work is a testament to the belief that we can build a future where every older adult feels seen, valued, and supported with compassion, knowledge, and cultural respect.
