1) Individual care means that the activities in our senior center can be tailored individually, based on clients wishes. People enjoy different kinds of activities so that you can choose from equine therapy, games, physical exercises with various levels and social interaction with our other clients.
2) Our rehabilitation is based on the care plan, which is tailored to each client. Some of our clients have issues with memory, so we play a lot of games, such as Mahjong. The senior day care center is not the only place where we serve our elderly clients. Our home nursing services will extend the care to your home, based on your personal needs. We are also able to provide telehealth services, such as a remote visit by our nursing staff.
3) Green care means that we use elements of nature in the surroundings of our senior center to elevate mental wellbeing. Elderly care is also all about social interaction, so we go for a wellness trail -walks together and enjoy the lush greeneries. Green care also extends to the interior design, so that you will feel like at home.
We have introduced the best practices, which we already have used for a long time, in our senior center in Hovi Club Singapore.
