With over thirty years of experience in the healthcare field as a nurse, manager, developer, LEAN coach, researcher, and author on healthcare practices, I am dedicated to developing quality care for the elderly and individuals with neurocognitive disorders (NCD) [Dementia]. In all my work, I adhere to a people-oriented philosophy.

I am a highly motivated individual with strong leadership qualities, team management skills and sales processes. I have worked in sales and marketing role in the Healthcare industry since 2005. I have proven track-records of winning new and repeat sales through channel and strategic account partnership. I have extensive channel partnership and management in ASEAN and APAC. I also have consulting experience in my earlier career.
