Residential care, sometimes referred to as Assisted living is for older adults who require assistance with daily activities but still want to maintain their independence. It’s particularly suitable for seniors who need help with activities of daily living (ADLs), desire social interaction, value safety and security, require medication management and seek convenience and amenities.
In assisted living, we offer care and nursing services tailored to our client’s special needs and wants. We create an individually tailored rehabilitative service plan. Our services are available 24/7.
Our care and nursing services include taking care of our clients social needs and nursing requirements. We help our clients with medical and home care, support services, outdoor activities and nursing case management. In addition, we also offer food and laundry services. Our medical team will visit our clients staying there regularly to ensure their health conditions are managed according to their doctors’ advice.
We provide social, cognitive and physical rehabilitation programs at Hovi Assisted Saba, tailored to client’s needs.
